Tuesday, January 23, 2007 - This was a very elegant Pinot with lots of fruit. Could taste Cherry and raspberries very well along with a hint of orange peel and caramel/mocha flavor. Had this at a wine dinner with another friend and we both enjoyed this beautifully knit wine. The gentlemen that set up the wine dinner who are owners of their own Wine & Spirits shop were extremely excited about this wine and were thoroughly impressed by its flavor and texture.
