Friday, November 7, 2014 - I actually liked this wine, much to my surprise. It's big, ripe, and somewhat alcoholic, but the fruit is so big and exuberant that I couldn't help but smile. Plus, it does taste something like pinot noir, with ripe red cherry and strawberry dominating. Good acidity still holding all that together, and well integrated tannins.
