Wednesday, March 24, 2010 - Blind OLD WORLD GRAB BAG - Dino Restaurant (Washington, DC): Medium apple juice in color. Nose of diesel, oxidative, red apple, lacquer, smoke. Palate of older red apple, oxidative, honey, smoke, white pepper/minerality. Viscous and a nice mouth feel, was much better the first time around as when this warmed up to room temp the alcohol showed up. Loved the complexity.
