Sunday, July 7, 2013 - Popped and poured. Started with firm and ripe black fruit aromas and subtle spice, which boomed and expanded over the couple of hours open. Flavors were also black cherry and blackberry, starting firm and somewhat tannic, softening after approx 30-45 minutes, then really becoming more interesting once open an hour+.
