Sunday, April 12, 2009 - beautiful dark fruity nose, mixture of black and red berry fruit on the palate with nice structure, a touch of underlying tanninc and a bit on balancing acidity on the finish, with moderate length. This had nice weight and depth of fruit, definitely overpowering the nice Josehp Swan RRV Pinot we had alongside. This should maintain at this level for a couple of years, but not certain about longer term aging prospects since it is more about the fruit than the structure.
