Sunday, April 5, 2015 - Closed and difficult to pick out any specific notes apart from oak and some vanilla initially. Opened up during the evening but remained a little subdued. Did not show the typical aged Cab notes. Well build an all components in the right place but almost a little boring. I think I prefer them a little younger.
