Saturday, March 20, 2010 - From a ½ bottle. Decanted for a couple hours while preparing dinner. Still tight as expected but started to soften a bit over the course of dinner. Black cherry and raspberry fruit with a nice earthy and meaty streak. Long and big structured finish. More traditional than the more forward 07 I tried last year.
