Incredibly smooth glycerin/saline based red fruits with a 30 second finish. A wow wine on every level. Even the color of this wine was beautiful. I am biased towards the 04 vintage...this one ranks up with the best I have tasted. Bravo! Served with English cut braised beef short ribs.
