Thursday, October 16, 2014 - WCC Blind Tasting of Mostly Grand Cru Red Burgundy (Home of Chef Andy Plummer, East Greenbush, NY): Clearly mature Burgundy with a nose of mulch and dried cherries. Tired, astringent, with a good dose of merde on the finish.
