Saturday, May 18, 2013 - Bearserkerfest Night 2-Chave Table (Sun Wah BBQ, Chicago IL): Nose: Very succulent and and refined with layered tones of peaches, honeysuckle, white fruits, acacia flowers, some sulfer and a slight bit of egg tones as well.

Taste: Medium/full bodied with medium+ acidity. The feel is very silky with layered and deep tones of peaches, honeysuckle, white fruits, and some egg tones.

Overall: This was a beauty. Fully mature and in no danger of going anywhere for a while.
