Thursday, June 23, 2011 - Drank with blaine and jerusha. Light lemon color. Nose of oatmeal, wax, green melon. Palate is rich and honeyed. Wax, wet stones, lemon peel and melon. A rush of minerals and a flavor that reminds me of school paste. Gorgeous. Could age for another ten years.
