Friday, February 5, 2016 - Took a while to remove the very fragile cork. Initial nose full of tertiary old wine flavors and slight chalkiness. Cleaned up nicely after 30 minutes in glass, the fruit is holding up well for such an old burgundy, able to stay in form for more than 2 hours. Time to drink up!
