Monday, February 2, 2009 - Very young. Opened and recorked for an hour, then decanted for two and the wine was still pretty tight. Drank most of it and enjoyed it very much. Recorked and the next day, the wine softened, but without losing its freshness -- a beautiful wine. This wine has the potential to become great, but I'd wait for at least 5 years before opening the next bottle.
