Sunday, April 7, 2013 - The magnum of wine was stored in the refrigerator about 55% full from the previous night's dinner. I reopened the magnum to drink with my chicken burrito. It had improved on the nose as it was now more intense with even more cassis, raspberry fruit, earth, and touch of white pepper than the previous night, more of the same on the palate, the oxidation seemed to make it easier and more supple to drink, terrific fruity taste, some complexity, medium/long finish. Went well with dinner. Enjoyed the second glass while bidding on the closing night of the Winebid auction.
