Tuesday, July 14, 2015 - Great nose of roast cherries, cinnamon, and wild flowers at the pop, and poured to mid-light cranberry purple. First sip pepper, red currants and mixed red fruit with pleasant tannins. Fruit, tannins and acidity balanced nicely after 30 mins, but began to turn a bit sweet after three hours. Would wait 2 years before the next one, and it should be spectacular. Plenty of time left on this.
