Sunday, June 12, 2005 - Opened a 375 of this tonight and let it breathe for a while before drinking. Earthy notes intermingled with mushroom and blackcurrants. Oak is well integrated, and there is some decent finish with tannins still very evident, but aromatics are somewhat restrained. Color is deep garnet with ever-so-slight bricking. Still probably too young.
