Wow--great nose of graphite, cassis and vanilla and deep garnet in the glass The palate offers plenty of fruit( more of a currant profile) intermingled with damp earth and cedar; a very nice wine with NY strips, oven roasted potatoes and cauliflower. Glad to have finally broken into my case; this vintage seems to just starting to show the "goods".
