Tuesday, December 30, 2014 - Had this wine at least 3 times. Came across at first super ripe, meaty and exotic. When served blind it really took me to a cote du rhone or that one time I had a Williams Selyem pinot noir. Needed a good 30 minutes of air for it to settle and gain any semblance of a gevrey. For me this wine was driven by the vintage rather than place or domaine. Decent drink but not one of my favourite 1990s and nowhere near as good as the Rousseau Clos St Jacques 1990.
