Palate is relatively light and nicely balanced with juicy acidity and firm texture. But there are some flavors in here I've never come across before. I guess the word complexity is applicable but I'm not sure I want all that funky dirt, smoke, and wood. There is some nice vanilla and apple taste underneath but it might have a sulphate issue . Perhaps an off bottle. From 375ml (5+8+12+5) = 80
