Friday, January 29, 2016 - I really enjoyed this wine. Had with friends at a high end Italian restaurant. One of the most stunning noses I've experience in a while. Old Bordeaux with graphite, lots of pencil shavings, leather deep forest/earth. Medium depth. Dark Cherry and Blueberry notes but it was light and petered out very quickly. Definitely past peak and fading fast as we noticed that we are at the tail end of the window or about past it. Drink now!
