Wednesday, July 4, 2007 - Intense color on this wine with lots of berry notes, anise, mint, barnyard touches, and cherry fruit. Complex and developing nose that seems to change with each sniff! Soft and gentle in the mouth with firm fine tannins, liquorice, cherry, and vanilla. This is a wine that is supple like a silk glove and nuanced like a Greek philosopher. So many unique traits through out it, and yet far from obvious. Even 3 days later it stirs thought as to what it's true nature is. Seek out this wine. 4.5/5
