Thursday, August 2, 2012 - This is a beautiful zin. I had no idea a zin would last 8 years, but this wine is still strong and elegant and has the perfect amount of spice that a great zin offers. Right out of the bottle without decanting this wine is smooth and drinkable. I'd say there is one more year left on this wine, but I would drink now.
