Sunday, September 30, 2007 - Perfectly balanced, soft, rounded, long - hint of blackberries, tobacco, chocolate. Great length and good acidity - drinking well now. We opened it about 2 hours before drinking. Drunk with a Magret de Canard with a Red wine, prune and chocolate sauce - perfect.
