Higher than usual acidity with some bit. Since it is a magnum, the bottle will be finished 2 days later. Either way I would concur that this is a wine to be drunk up. Have one more magnum and will do soon.
Part II of II. WOW. The wine needed the two days to open. Flavor jumped off the palate. Honey, citrus, no burnt taste. One more magnum and I will wait. Can't believe it changed that much. Next time, I will decant the magnum before drinking.
