Tuesday, May 26, 2015 - Pale yellow color. Aromas of yeast, nut skins and saline. Medium-bodied, ripe fruit in the mouth with very good depth and length. Unusually full and persistent on the palate for a fino and delicious with the tapas at Torero Restaurant. Cellared since 11/13, this bottle may have lost some freshness, however, as I found it a touch low in acidity which prevented me from giving it a higher score.
