Monday, June 8, 2015 - Racion: Very dry, aldehydic, fresh blanched almond, marcona almond, salty, chemical nose, new car smell, in a good way! Clean mouth, fresh, light on the palate. Score depends on food. With nuts, good olives, anchovies--91. Killer with light tapas, salty things, olives. Very refreshing. Keep chilled.
