Sunday, June 14, 2009 - Orange/salmon color. Aromas of strawberries and bread dough. Fine but faint mousse. Nicely extracted fruit in the mouth with surprising depth and excellent structure. More powerful than elegant. This magnum was purchased in March of 2003 so I am afraid it was just a touch past its peak.
