Tuesday, October 13, 2009 - Clear pale salmon core with a small steady stream of fine bubbles. Clean nose of crushed strawberries with some slight mustiness along with a bit of candy apple after swirling. Dry with moderate intensity on the palate. High in acid and slightly astringent. Berry jam on the palate. Moderate + length finish with a bit of strawberries and cream - gets better with each sip.
