Wednesday, May 4, 2011 - Pale pink, slightly brownish in colour. Smell is generous, dominated by roasted almonds and bread. The taste is smooth, mature and lots of roasted almonds. This wasn't my type of champagne, way too much nutty. I can feel quality, but at this price I think it's overpriced.
