Sunday, May 12, 2013 - First time we opened a bottle of Gosset Rose with the new packaging at Flemings to start our Mother's Day Brunch. Lots of medium and fine bubbles in the glass with a lovely and strong mousse, very rich pinot flavors with hints of sweet fried bacon on the nose, the flavors exploded on the palate, medium/big body, medium/long finish with nice acid for balance.
