Saturday, July 19, 2014 - Consistent with previous notes, but grade goes up to 93. More of the rose-gold color now compare with the amber. Nose remains consistent- light flowers, peach and fruits, More on the dry side this time (as we like more), perhaps because we (a) made sure it remains chilled consistently, and (b) we gave it some decanting time. Long, consistent supply small bubbles in the glass, beautiful color, and taste. We finished almost the entire bottle. Can't believe I have only one bottle left.
Will be drank well through 2019-20 as noted before. "Gossett, what a great champagne" (cited from a friend)

Day two- weaker bubbles in the evening (24 hours later) but tastes as good or even better (we each had 1/2 glass as a starter)

Postscript note: Had it four times since 2012 and it always delivers.
