Thursday, March 21, 2013 - Popped and poured; cellar temperature. Medium greenish gold; intriguing nose of sea shells and smoke; on the palate quite rich for Chablis but lovely balance and tell-tale acidity. Drinks very well now. If not for the finishing acid kick I would probably have picked this as Cote de Beaune.
