Monday, April 18, 2016 - Fully mature.
Green apples and ripe pear with herbal tones. Broad but with a mineral core and (just) enough acidity to bring into balance. A tad more grip (for my taste) would have moved this considerably up the the scale of excellence - not that I'm complaining!
