Monday, November 19, 2012 - I've held onto this one for almost three years. Deep gold colored, with spicy aromas, loads of French oak, but so much acidity and minerality on the palate that it really balances out. Very fragrant, creamy without being soft, and superbly complex. Well worth the wait.
