Monday, July 6, 2015 - wow. opened with a hint of oxydative aromas but quickly blew off to reveal soy, mushroom, caramel and cherry. mid is still ripe with cherry and a hint of balsamic, savory and luxurious mouthfeel, fully resolved. sour cherry with a hint of burned sugar on the finish. with time - the nose developed more floral qualities. mature but in no danger! excellent!
