Saturday, September 24, 2016 - Perfect bottle provided a strong showing tonight. Dark maroon and heavily clouded in the glass but offering up big aromatics of dried fig fruit, cinnamon spice, dusty cracking leather, savoury jerky, and maple notes. A little thinner on the palate with more metallic minerality behind drying berry fruit. Great bottle.
