Friday, April 17, 2015 - Med golden, endless stream of fine bubbles, nose of ripe pear, apple, bit nutty and smoke. Zesty acidic in mouth immediately followed by ripe apple and pear, and spicy at finish, there is good structure. And still appear quite young, while the 1990 is more round and supple, this should continue to evolve.
