Sunday, November 15, 2015 - Allowed to breathe in glass 30 minutes before tasting. Clear medium deep ruby-garnet color. Bouquet of plum liqueur, cranberries, Christmas relish, mincemeat, cedar, hints of meat juice, balsamic, soy sauce and shoe polish. Similar on the palate, medium-full body, balanced, elegant, very nice.
