Monday, July 28, 2008 - Popped and tasted immediately. The nose hold strong scents of oak, black fruit, and lighter scents of eucalyptus, lavender, lilacs, and caramel. In the mouth flavors of blackberry transition to blueberry pie, bakers chocolate, mocha, and light cedar notes. At this point in time the finish is about 30 seconds long.
