Saturday, August 10, 2013 - It seems like over a relatively short time the 2004's are coming on line, opening up and beginning to drink beautifully. We like St Emilions so our rating reflects that perhaps. This is a very good example of the value of choosing well in vintages that aren't "vintages of the Millenium" The La Clotte was well balanced with silky tannins, long finish, went beautifully with a porterhouse, got better and better over the evening. Will try to find more as we have but one left
