Sunday, May 17, 2015 - Wow! Popped and poured and I thought it was gone. Slight bricking with little flavor. I then read the CT notes and let it sit open for a few hours before trying again at dinner. This turned into a completely different wine that was intense with flavor. Even the color got better with time. Amazing.
