Saturday, September 27, 2014 - Gorgeous and delicious. Initial pour yields merde, which almost immediately blows off. Opens into an intoxicating nose of dark, macerated cherries, just breaking down into syrup. Fairly high Brix and alcohol (14.6%), but just plain tasty. Very present and fruit-driven after 8 years. Creamy finish. Love it.
