Thursday, November 11, 2010 - Still has some nice fruit. Lots of butter on the nose and palate but not over-oaked, thankfully. I really liked this, and it paired great with scallops in a bacon cream sauce. As it warmed to room temperature, the flavors were more pronounced and actually better.
