Wednesday, April 27, 2016 - Beautiful nose of barnacles, lemon/lime and chalky minerals. God, this is drinking perfectly now with ripe flavors of lime and oyster shells with such elegance and precision. Quite rich and concentrated with crisp acidity along with a lovely salinity and great tension. The finish builds to a fine complexity with notes of sea shore, chalky minerals and Indian spices. It is quite ripe but also very fine and even subtle on the endless finish. Loved it tonight with simply prepared calimari.
