Wednesday, August 24, 2016 - So pale green yellow that I thought a different wine was poured first. Aromas of lime peel, seashell and spice. Precise and rich with an endless tart finish. More citrus oil and spice and less Chablisee-ness over the hours this was open, though the power remained. A bottle seemingly suspended in time. How long to wait for the last bottle?
