Thursday, February 5, 2015 - First night was a bit tight with coarse tannins on the finish. Decided to leave until second day and was rewarded with a plush, smokey wine that was much better integrated. Some sharpness on the finish but in better harmony with the dark cherry fruit and velvety texture of the wine. Nose more fragrant on day 2 as well.
