Tuesday, December 11, 2012 - Purchased from the cellar door as a museum release.
Golden straw in colour. A honeyed citrus nose, with some complex notes of banana, even green tea. The palate is buttery, with citrus and melon. Age has rounded and softened things, but it's still balanced with a tiny acid backbone. Divine.
