Tuesday, April 24, 2007 - Boy this was disappointing. It tasted very mature with cranberry, woody notes. Palate was initially silky but then is taken over by a black bitter note. Decent length on the finish, but this tastes more like a 8 year old Zin than syrah. Where is the minerality?
