Saturday, December 5, 2015 - Decanted for about 4 hours at cellar temperature (58 degrees). That was not enough. Next time will put in a decanter in the morning. As this opened up, it lost some of the raisin smell (almost port-like) on the nose and became a great fruit perfumed scent with lots of chocolate. The taste was excellent, very enjoyable. Still feel it will be good for several years more in the cellar. Very balanced.
