Monday, May 23, 2016 - Brought to a dinner. Decanted 2.5 hours before we got around to this. When first poured we thought it looked quite aged and smelled tired. After two hours this was just singing. Beautiful wine. Black cherry, tobacco, pine needles, hint of soy, charred earth. Kept getting more complex and more open as the night went on. Wouldn't drink by itself but when paired with food this was spot on.
